1. What KeyRank is

These Terms of Service govern your use of KeyRank (key-rank.com), and constitute a public offer to enter into a contract on the terms set out below. By creating an account or subscribing to a paid plan, you accept this offer. KeyRank is a keyword rank tracking tool that checks Google search positions for keywords you add. It is offered on a free plan and on paid monthly subscription plans.

2. Your account

You need an account to use KeyRank. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One account per person — don't create multiple accounts to bypass limits.

3. What you can do

• Create projects and add keywords within your plan's limits. The free plan currently allows 2 projects and 50 active keywords in total across all your projects, checked weekly to a depth of 30 positions.
• Upgrade to a paid plan for more keywords, daily checks, and results to position 100. Current plans and prices are listed on the pricing page.
• View your keyword ranking data in the dashboard
• Use the service for personal or commercial SEO purposes

4. What you cannot do

• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access KeyRank (use the interface as intended)
• Attempt to overload, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service
• Resell access to KeyRank or the data it provides
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits
• Use the service for any illegal purpose

5. The service — no guarantees

KeyRank is provided "as is" and "as available." I make no promises that:

• The service will be available at all times or at any specific time
• The ranking data will be 100% accurate
• The service will continue to exist — it may be shut down at any time, with or without notice
• Your data will be preserved indefinitely

I will do my best to keep the service running and to notify users of major changes, but I am under no obligation to do so. If I discontinue the service while you are on a paid plan, I will refund the unused portion of your current billing period.

6. Plans and limits

KeyRank offers a free plan and paid monthly plans. Plan limits, features, prices, and availability may change at any time. Current plans and prices are listed on the pricing page. If I change the price of a plan you are subscribed to, the new price applies from your next billing period, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

7. Payments, renewals and refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly in US dollars (USD) through our payment provider, Monobank. Prices are shown on the pricing page. Your bank may apply currency conversion or cross-border fees, which are outside my control.

Subscriptions renew automatically. When you subscribe, you authorise KeyRank to charge your card automatically at the start of each monthly billing period, at the price of your plan, until you cancel. Monobank stores your card credentials for this purpose; KeyRank never sees or stores your full card number.

Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from your billing page. Cancelling stops all future charges. Your paid access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, after which your account returns to the free plan. Cancelling does not by itself refund the current period.

Changing plans. If you switch to a different plan mid-period, the new subscription starts immediately and I automatically refund the unused portion of the plan you were on, prorated to the time remaining in that period.

Refunds. If you're unhappy with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the charge. No questions asked. Contact info@key-rank.com and I'll process it back to the card you paid with. Refunds are handled manually, so allow a few business days.

8. Your data

You own the keyword lists and project names you create. I do not claim ownership of your data. However, I may use aggregated, anonymized usage data to improve the service.

If the service is shut down, I will make reasonable efforts to give users time to note down their data, but I cannot guarantee this.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any damages arising from your use of KeyRank, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of business, inaccurate ranking data, or service downtime. To the maximum extent permitted by law, my total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

This is a small tool built and run by one person. Please set your expectations accordingly. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

10. Termination

I can suspend or delete your account at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. You can delete your account at any time through the settings page. If I terminate your account while you are on a paid plan and you have not breached these terms, I will refund the unused portion of your current billing period. If you delete your account yourself, any remaining paid time is forfeited unless you request a refund under section 7.

11. Changes to these terms

I may update these terms at any time. Continued use of KeyRank after changes means you accept the new terms. I will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
